EAR Ireland was delighted to host the first two days of a three day “ Skills Based Introductory Course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.” for psychotherapists, counsellors, HR and OH professionals in Ireland in September.
The course was delivered in Dublin in September by
Senior Affiliate, Maureen Layland, a Counselling Psychologist, CBT Specialist and Primary Care Manager in Dublin.

- Mindfulness based approach
Feedback from participants rated the course relevant and of a high standard and are now looking forward to the third and final day in November when they will be feeding back on how they have applied their learning and will be developing further skills in working with panic and trauma.
